Ariel Holdings Ltd.

Ariel Holdings Ltd. was incorporated on October 21, 2005 under the laws of Bermuda as a privately owned company with the objective of developing a sustainable, diversified insurance and reinsurance operation. Ariel Holdings Ltd. is now the holding company for three wholly owned entities that underwrite insurance and reinsurance business worldwide. The three operating entities are Ariel Reinsurance Company Ltd. based in Bermuda, Atrium Underwriting Group, Ltd. based in London, and Valiant Insurance Group, Inc. in the U.S.

Atrium is a highly successful listed Lloyd’s insurer with an excellent track record of profitable underwriting. Atrium manages two of the best performing syndicates at Lloyd’s.
